SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India! Your GOSSIP shoes will be delivered to you in 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Note: Some of our pairs are made to order and will require a minimum of 14 days for dispatch as they are all made by hand in our factory. We will make sure to inform you of the same when you place your order!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer FREE returns and exchanges within India! (Not applicable on sale, bags and customized merchandise)
Eligibility for return/exchange:
- The product must be unused
- Product must be in the original packaging with the receipt
- Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt

GOSSIP CREDIT
For items returned, we will provide you with a credit note within 2 days of receiving the returned package. The credit note can be applied at checkout and will be valid for 3 months from date of receipt.
