The Bespoke Journey
01 - Consult
It all starts with your vision. Call or email us or visit any of our stores and tell us what you are looking for. We first try to understand your ideas, preferences, requirements and what occasion you are making the shoes for. This initial understanding is important and allows us to better guide you through this process.
02 - design
Together, we’ll design your dream shoe. Our team will guide you through selecting the perfect silhouette, colours, materials, finishes and personalized details. We will continue to work together until you are 100% satisfied with your design.
03 - create
Now our master craftsmen will work their magic to bring your one of a kind shoe to life. Your bespoke pair will be carefully handcrafted in our factory and be ready for you in 2–3 weeks.
04- deliver
Once the shoes are ready they will be carefully checked by our team to ensure everything is just right. Your bespoke pair will then be packaged and delivered straight to your doorstep.

We can make a bespoke pair in 2-3 weeks depending on the availability of the materials, colours and embellishments and if there are any design changes along the way
Yes. Gossip's bespoke service allows customers to fully customize shoes - from colours and materials to silhouettes and embellishments we can bring your vision and design to life
Yes. In Mumbai and Hyderabad we can set up a customization appointment in person in one of our physical stores. We also customize Pan India via virtual consultations
